It's the first day of spring, but we woke up to snow. Quite a lot of it, in fact. And it has continued all day long. We also had an Easter party planned here in town with Families with Children from China. We decided to have it, despite the weather, and had a good time. There were only 7 little girls, 6 from our town, but they always enjoy being together. My girls opted to ignore the snow and wear their spring dresses, with heavy tights and turtlenecks of course! The girls colored, planted seeds, decorated cupcakes, designed fairy wings, and hunted Easter eggs. The adults had fun just watching our daughters be together.
